Research
Reproductive Futures
This year, our collaborative research collaborative on Reproductive Futures is led by Prof. Laury Oaks and doctoral student Bri Reddick.
Global Queer Asias
This year, we are collaborating with the Center for Taiwan Studies and the Department of Feminist Studies for programming concentrating on new directions in Global Queer Asian Studies.


Public Scholarship and Pedagogy
Public Feminisms
As part of our mission to promote public scholarship and engagement, we host a series called Public Feminism, which brings together UCSB scholars and community members for important conversations on gender, sexuality, and social justice.
Disability Pedagogy
In collaboration with the Department of Feminist Studies, we are co-hosting a year-long series of talks, workshops, classroom visits, meetings, and discussions with Dr. Angela Carter on academic ableism, disability justice, and feminist pedagogy in higher education.
The Pedagogy Lab
The Center for Feminist Futures is thrilled to announce a new collaboration with The Pedagogy Lab—a virtual higher education collective led by Dr. Caitlin Gunn.
